Shop Policies:

Processing time for orders is 2-4 days. There are times of year when my processing time will be longer than four days, and I will notify you via email if your order will be shipped later than anticipated.
The shipping algorithm often over estimates the cost of shipping! If you’re charged more than the cost of shipping, I will refund you the difference.
Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
I accept returns and exchanges. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery and ship the returned item back within 15 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
I am mindful of the environmental impact of packing fragile items for the shipping process. All shipped orders are packed with as much recycled material as possible while ensuring your items arrive in one piece.
